Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). Kelle's new trucks come with Carrier Comfort Pro's APU unit, which is one of the best in the industry. The APU allows cool and warm air to be sent through the vents in the bunk. Fuel is saved because you don't have to idle the truck all night to keep it cold or warm. There is also a generator so you can plug in your microwave, television, coffee pot, etc. You also have 110 volt plugs so you can plug in your appliances. This is a huge plus since you no longer need an invertor. |
